This and many other hoax emails just like it have been floating aroung the Internet for many, many years. They're not true but they get you to do things that you think are silly. Some of these emails are even dangerous.
Bill Gates is not going to give you money for sending an email. No one else is either. That's what the email says. It's not going to happen.
