In a recent press release, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children announced the release of a very valuable resource, the Missing Kid Screensaver.


The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, in collaboration with Global Software Applications, announced the release of a very important program to help locate missing children in the United States.

The Missing Kid Screensaver, a free download available online, is a new and dynamic tool for computer users. The screensaver not only functions as a typical screensaver, but also displays rotating photographs and important information of missing children. The Missing Kid Screensaver is specific to your location and the information and pictures are refreshed every three hours.

NCMEC, established in 1984, is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting children from abduction and sexual exploitation. According to the NCMEC, the Center has helped law enforcement with more than 133,000 missing children cases, which resulted in the recovery of more than 115, 700 children!

By downloading and installing the Missing Kid Screensaver, we can do our part to help find missing children.
