From the link above, users should first click on the thumbnail of a desired background. This will result in a page that shows a larger, more detailed version of the image plus download instructions. Next, click on the appropriate resolution size. On the screen that pops up, right click, and then choose “Set as Background.”

The word “screene.com” will appear on the desktop as part of the image. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to get rid of this; it’s simply the price of downloading a free background.
