Share your favorite photographs, music and videos on Twitter with the following photo-sharing applications and services.

It’s no secret that Twitter, the popular social networking and micro-blogging site, is growing by leaps-and-bounds. And many are jumping on the Twitter bandwagon by creating all sorts of third-party applications and services for Twitter users.

For many people, being able to share photographs and videos with loved ones is an important part of the online experience. Since so many people are using Twitter, many photo and video-sharing services for Twitter users are now available and many are free.

The following websites offer a wide variety of photographs, MP3 and video-sharing applications for Twitter users.

Free Twitter Video and Photo-Sharing Sites

  • 2Tweet - This service allows users to tweet multiple photographs and videos directly from an email program. To use the service, simply send the photos or videos in an email. A confirmation email is sent to new users to activate the account. 2Pad displays the email in the 2pad viewer and displays the images in a slideshow. Users can see how many people viewed the photos and read comments left by visitors.

  • Twittershare – Sharing photographs, videos and music with loved ones could not be easier with Twittershare. No registration is required – users simply enter their Twitter username and password information into the snazzy-looking interface. Then, upload a photograph, video, or MP3 file, up to 10 MB, add a personalized message and click to send. The file link is directly uploaded into the Twitter account. Twittershare is compatible with Mac OSX and the web interface is currently in beta. A Windows XP/Vista will be available shortly.

  • TwitPic - TwitPic is another popular photo-sharing site, kicked up a notch. Users store photographs on the TwitPic servers and share the links with other Twitter users. Users can post photographs from the website, API or mobile device. TwitPic also includes a cool Google Maps mashup showing the TwitPics locations in real time and a timeline.

  • LOLWRUS - This fun service, similar to LOLCATS, combines Flickr and Twitter. Users create unique pictures by combining Flickr photos and tweets. To begin, just add the Twitter username, select a wacky or unusual tweet and select one of the suggested photographs. The tweet will be imprinted on the photograph. The signup process for new users involves seven steps.
Twitter Videos

  • TweeTube – TweeTube is a new service that allows users to share YouTube videos on Twitter. Features include preview, sharing and comment. A popular video section and public timeline is also available on the site. And Mac OSX users can share personal videos by installing the free download. The service will also be available for Windows users in the future.

  • 12seconds – Just like the name suggests, this video-sharing service allows users to record and upload 12 seconds of video from a computer browser, API or mobile phone.
Mobile-Sharing Services

  • Moby Picture – Moby Picture is a file-sharing site that allows users to share all sorts of files from a mobile device. Sharing pictures with friends and loved ones is simple - just “shoot-n-share” videos, music, photos or texts on Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and more.

  • Piktar – Piktar is another photo-sharing service that allows users to share photos via mobile device or email client. Photographs must be in specific formats and must be sent as attachments. Email subject lines, which need to be 140 characters or less, will be used as the photo caption. Although the service is free, there will be “limited ads” on the website. Piktar is currently in beta and is available by invitation only.
Send photographs, music and videos to loved ones on Twitter, with the free services offered above. For more information on Twitter, read Free Twitter Backgrounds.

You can also use FileSocial to upload and share video and pictures, and any other kind of files - ppt, doc, xls, zip files, whatever!

Up to 50 mb. And very secure, as we are using oAuth, so you don't have to enter your password :)
